Return Period:
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items should be in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at nutracoreteam@gmail.com . Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible to send us back the product and pay for the shipping cost.

    Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item once approved, then make a new purchase for the desired product.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nutracoreteam@gmail.com
